Taylor Harris has led Cutera as CEO since August 2023. Mr. Harris served as the Chief Financial Officer for MyoKardia, Inc., from April 2018 until that company’s acquisition by Bristol Myers Squibb in November 2020. Prior to that, Mr. Harris served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zeltiq Aesthetics, Inc., until that company’s acquisition by Allergan plc. He also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Thoratec Corporation, which was eventually acquired by St. Jude Medical, Inc., and worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for over a decade in several capacities, including as a Vice President in the firm’s Healthcare Investment Banking and Equity Research departments. Mr. Harris currently serves on the board of PROCEPT BioRobotics, Omada Health, and Endologix. He previously served on the board of HealthCor Catalio Acquisition Corp. Mr. Harris holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Stuart Drummond has served as the Cutera Vice President and Corporate Controller since July 2021. From November 2019 until June 2021, he served as Senior Director, Corporate Controller at Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc., and from July 2016 to March 2019 he served as Corporate Controller of CareDx, Inc. Mr. Drummond earned his bachelor’s degree from Otago University, New Zealand, and graduate accounting qualification from Victoria University, New Zealand. Mr. Drummond obtained his Chartered Accounting certification in New Zealand with KPMG.

Jeff Jones is responsible for end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, quality, supply chain and field service engineering at Cutera. He has served for over three decades in senior operational leadership roles at medical device companies including Sientra Inc., Earlens Inc., Benvenue Medical Inc., Acclarent Inc./Johnson & Johnson, Reliant Technologies Inc., Lumend Inc., EP Technologies / Boston Scientific Corporation and Coherent Medical Group. Mr. Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University.

Stephana brings over 25 years of experience creating portfolio value at private and publicly-traded medical device, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. She joined us in October 2023 as our Chief Legal Officer and she provides leadership of our legal, HR, Regulatory and Medical Affairs teams. She was formerly the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at InterVenn Biosciences, life science company unlocking the value of glycoproteomics to develop transformational healthcare solutions. Prior to that, she was the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer of Eiger BioPharmaceuticals, Inc., a commercial stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing therapies for rare and ultra-rare diseases. Prior to Eiger, she was the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer of BioTime, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of novel therapies for the treatment of degenerative diseases.

Prior to BioTime, she was the General Counsel and Commercial Compliance Officer at BioDelivery Sciences, a publicly traded specialty pharmaceutical company. Before BDSI, she held various senior management positions, including leading Intellectual Property (IP) and Licensing at Salix Pharmaceuticals, a global pharmaceutical company that was acquired for $11.2 billion in 2015. Prior to joining Salix, Dr. Patton was in private practice at a large international law firm known for its IP and corporate securities practices. Her practice focused on counseling clients on IP-related matters as well as licensing transactions for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies at varying stages of product development. Dr. Patton earned a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law, and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Cell, and Developmental Biology from Emory University.

Steve Kreider has served as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing at Cutera since January 2022. Mr. Kreider has spent nearly 20 years in the dermatology market, holding leadership roles in marketing, sales, and business development. He was previously VP of Sales for Ortho Dermatologics and led North American marketing for Merz Aesthetics’ Ulthera (aesthetic device) division. Mr. Kreider began his career in dermatology and aesthetics at Medicis.  He earned his bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College.

Cutera President, International, Brent Hauser, has over two decades of aesthetics industry experience in commercial roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Hauser started his career in the laser aesthetics industry at Solta Medical, where he held sales leadership positions in both the European and Asia Pacific regions. Subsequently, Mr. Hauser joined Zeltiq, where he rose to the position of President, North American Operations, responsible for all commercial activity in North America. Following the acquisition of Zeltiq by Allergan, Mr. Hauser became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the CoolSculpting brand on a global basis. In the previous two years, Mr. Hauser served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales for InBrace. Mr. Hauser holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Stanford University, where he was an All-American cross country runner, holding several school records. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Cure JM (juvenile myositis) Foundation.

Lukas Hunziker leads Cutera’s engineering and clinical research groups. He has over 20 years of experience developing laser, radio frequency, and ultrasound technologies for applications in dermatology, ophthalmology, biotechnology, and telecom. Lukas joined Cutera in 2008 as Director of Advanced Research and currently serves as Senior Vice President of R&D. He started his career at the Medical Division of Coherent, where he developed multiple laser systems for laser eye surgery. Prior to joining Cutera, he also worked at Coherent’s Laser Division, Lumentum, Viavi, and SRI International in various technical leadership and engineering management roles.

Lukas received a B.S. in Chemistry from U.C. Davis and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from U.C. Berkeley, where his research focused on the development of femtosecond lasers and time-domain laser spectroscopies.

Martin became an integral member of the Cutera team in May 2018, infusing the organization with a rich tapestry of expertise derived from diverse sectors. Possessing a distinguished career spanning over a decade, he stands as a highly qualified business professional, boasting extensive experience in both sales and business management. Martin’s multifaceted background equips him with the acumen to provide strategic recommendations to clinics, enabling them to optimize their return on investment.

Within the realm of CUTERA ANZ, Martin has assumed various leadership roles, contributing significantly to the growth and efficacy of our esteemed organization. His tenure has been marked by a consistent delivery of value, underscoring his commitment to excellence within the Cutera team.

Emma brings over 20 years of dynamic leadership as an Operations Project Lead, adeptly navigating the pharmaceutical, events, hospitality, and travel sectors. Her passion and dedication infuse every project she tackles, championing process improvement and delivering impactful results.

With a skill for orchestrating seamless operations, Emma excels in implementing policies, refining procedures, and optimising systems to elevate overall efficiency. Her ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring top-notch customer experiences is unparalleled.

Her, strategic planning abilities, and precise execution have been instrumental in Cuteras business growth, marking her expertise in delivering successful projects ongoing.

Jay has a passion for dealing with clients and finding solutions to evolve, grow and begin their aesthetic business. His strengths involve building strong and genuine partnerships with clients from all backgrounds and clinics. Jay has developed hundreds of very successful relationships based on the integral approach he takes in recommending the right product on an individual basis. Jay also a board member for a non-for-profit charity.

Helen joined Cutera ANZ early 2021 and brings with her over 15 years of sales and marketing experience.

New to the aesthetics space, she is a dedicated, innovative and business leading professional making significant contributions to building the CUTERA ANZ brand.

Helen has a strong interest and knowledge in the digital space, gained by working alongside industry-leading organisations in her previous roles. She is an experienced leader, known for her ability to drive growth and build strong teams, which will be instrumental in her role leading CUTERA ANZ’s marketing efforts and helping the company to continue to be a leader in the field.

Richard has a talent for building strong and sustainable partnerships formed out of mutual trust and a shared goal of success. Using his considerable sales and account management experience he has become a key sounding board and trusted advisor to his customers providing strategic and analytical recommendations to their businesses . With 5+ years experience in the Aesthetic Medical Device Industry his passion to understand a client’s requirements then look for solutions best fitting their needs underpins his sales mentality and process. Having undertaken considerable additional study in this space he is a subject matter expert in Laser and Body Sculpting Technology.

Richard joined Cutera in December 2018 and has been integral in the growth of the brand through the Queensland and Northern Territory market; his focus is now on ensuring existing partners are fully supported as well as look for strategic growth opportunities with like-minded clinics. Richard’s drive to ensure customers are successful with their Cutera systems is unwavering.

Chrys has over 10 years’ experience working in Medical Aesthetics. She completed her Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapies and worked with renowned dermatologists and plastic surgeons, helping to grow their business. As a business development and territory sales manager for skincare products and medical devices, Chrys exceeded customer expectations and drove business growth. Chrys is also a sessional Lecturer at Victoria University, mentoring the next generation of Dermal Clinicians.

Recently, Chrys served as a state trainer and sales manager for a medical device company, collaborating with various medical practitioners to provide exceptional guidance and support. With her extensive knowledge of selecting the most suitable medical lasers for clinics and her commitment to building long-lasting relationships, you can rely on her unwavering dedication to excellence to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

Sarah has over a decade of invaluable experience in the aesthetics industry, honing her skills while working in various aesthetic clinics. Her unwavering dedication towards patient care has led her to develop a keen interest in utilising advanced aesthetic devices to address her patients’ concerns. Her extensive knowledge spans across an array of technologies, including lasers, skin tightening, and body sculpting devices.

Jackson has over 8 years experience in sales and Key Account Management, he prides himself on building strong relationships, networking, and understand the market place to therefore build a strong partnerships between his customers and Cutera.

He’s last experience he was the National Account Manager in a start-up company called Skip App, he launched the technology to the Australian market, which is now the market leader in this space. He is a Geelong Cats supporter and idolises John Mayer.

Lucy has over a decade of experience working in the health and aesthetics industry. She has completed her bachelor of health science in nutrition and dietetics as well as her bachelor of business.
She is enthusiastic about identifying, analysing and improving business processes as well as nurturing teams to deliver high-performance outcomes. Her knowledge spans an array of technologies with a keen interest in skin, laser and body countouring devices.

Introducing Alanna, our National Training Manager. Alanna is an experienced Dermal Clinician. Since completing her studies at Victoria University, she has gained over 7 years of experience working alongside leading doctors in both Cosmetic and Dermatology settings. Alanna joined Cutera as Clinical Training Manager and quickly progressed to National Training Manager for ANZ. In this role she trains and mentors Beauty Therapists, Dermal Clinicians, Nurses and Doctors on how to safely and effectively utilize their Cutera Devices, as well as empowering her incredible team of Clinical Training Managers to do the same. Together they support our Australian and New Zealand partners by delivering the highest quality of clinical training.

Amy comes with 20 years of industry experience exploring all the pockets it has to offer from senior skin/laser therapist to clinic management, clinic owner, training, and assessment within the VET sector and working alongside drs and injectors in the aesthetic space. Amy’s true passion for training and education combined with results driven technology landed her in the role of NSW clinical trainer for Cutera. She loves building strong relationships with her clinics and offering consistent support to see them succeed with their Cutera devices.

Introducing Tracey, an experienced Dermal Clinician with over 8 years of industry experience. Since completing her degree in Bachelor of Dermal Science at Victoria University, she has gained extensive experience working alongside highly recognized professionals in both aesthetic and dermatologic care settings. Tracey’s commitment to high patient care and staying up to date with gold standard practice has led her to successful and life changing clinical outcomes for her patients. Tracey’s passion in treating dermatologic indications using our state-of-the-art technology, combined with her valuable knowledge and skills gained over the years, has brought her into the team as Clinical Training Manager. Tracey strives to help clinics be able to achieve revitalized results with the use of our Cutera devices. With her empathetic and considering nature, she is motivated to offer the training and support for all practitioners to succeed in attaining transformative results whilst delivering the highest standard of service.

Introducing Meghan, with 10 years of industry experience, Meghan has been a guiding force in managing cosmetic clinics, prioritising precision and client satisfaction, treating high profile clients and priding herself with a high attention to detail which allows her to deliver and achieve the best clinical outcome.
Meghan’s transition to Cutera as Clinical Trainer Manager was a natural progression for her career, driven by a deep admiration for the company’s commitment to cutting-edge technologies. In her role, she is eager to contribute her wealth of experience and knowledge to the forefront of clinical training.
Meg is a dedicated educator, passionately committed to delivering the best training in a clinical setting. Her mission is to empower practitioners with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the ever-evolving field of aesthetics.

Linda is a versatile, self-motivated individual that takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service, with over 6 years experience providing in clinic operational management and support.My hardworking dedicated approach to work, combined with strong organisational skills and excellent consultation and listening skills, allow me to provide each and every customer the individual support and guidance they need to be successful. My well-rounded experience in Retail, Hospitality and Events allows me to bring a different perspective with a strong focus on customer experience.

With my Technical background spanning over 35 years which began in the Australian Defense Force in the 1980’s, I have gained experience across many industries including Photographic, Medical Imaging and Seismic Survey.

Aa a company owner and director of a family business for 10 years I also have an appreciation of the challenges facing small business operators.

I have been with Cutera for 7 ½ years and I am privileged to lead a team of the most professional technical staff in our industry.

Originally from Sydney I now reside in Queensland on the Sunshine Coast with my wife and son.

A customer and detail focused Field Service Engineer with 17 years’ experience in field repair of electrical and electro mechanical equipment and 2 years with Cutera.. Extensive expertise in coordinating and scheduling repairs with clients and colleagues. A proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients.

I enjoy the challenges that come with problem solving and fault finding and feel a great sense of satisfaction when a device is fixed successfully.

Passionate Mechatronics Engineer with a BSc. degree in engineering and a master’s in business administration. I joined the Cutera team in March 2019 with, over 17+ years of experience in Robotics, Computer numerical control systems, and Manufacturing by working for the world’s leading industrial organizations.

Adept at leading teams, providing training, delivering exceptional customer service, passionate about continuous learning committed to delivering top-notch solutions in challenging environments. I enjoy using my skills and experience to contribute to the exciting technological advances that happen every day at Cutera. With dedicated, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable approach helped me to achieve a very satisfied customer base in Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania.

Currently, reside in Melbourne with my wife and two sons.

I currently work as a part time and backup field service engineer for Cutera. I have been working with Cutera Australia for 13 years. Received outstanding achievement price in year 2003. I have over 20 years of experience with medical lasers including dermatology, ophthalmology, dental, urology laser and other medical devices from some major companies in US and Europe.

I am customer focused, fast acting person. Working hard and high efficiency in a timely manner always helped me to achieve successful.

Currently resides in Melbourne work with Cutera FSE team.

I do a lot of running, hiking at my leisure time and play ukulele.
